After several years of use, the filament tubes consistently fall out of the retainer on top of my Powerspec Ultra machine's hotend. I replaced them with new ones, only to discover that the wear was actually located in the plastic piece at the top of the hotend itself. I created a model of this part using Tinkercad and printed it out in PLA - a material that doesn't require the high heat needed for ABS, although I might try printing it in ABS if I were doing it again. The holes required some reaming to ensure they fit properly, and I used 180-grit sandpaper to give them just the right amount of texture. The result is functional, and works well overall.
