I desperately needed a high-performance cooling fan duct but didn't have instant access to metric bolts which many Thingiverse designs require. To solve this problem, I created a simple design that only needs acetone to join its components together. This is a four-piece cooling system for the PowerSpec 3D Pro and possibly the FlashForge Creator Pro. I printed it out in ABS plastic using an Acetone adhesive to connect the parts. Other materials can be used, but a strong adhesive such as superglue will be necessary to attach them properly. The design fits onto the four holes on the extruder carriage. Printing Instructions I printed this item with 0.2mm layer thickness and 20% infill using ABS plastic without any support structures. It may help to rotate the model before printing to get the parts flat on the build bed. Once in place, the brackets are meant to be somewhat flexible but should become strong enough for ongoing use after they click into the carriage slots.
