Powerseal Impulse Sealer Switch Attachment
thingiverse
Replacement part for Powerseal Impulse Sealer switch gizmo. I was unable to find a replacement anywhere, so I took matters into my own hands and made one myself. The original component was a metal piece screwed directly onto the switch, but over time, the metal arm had become fatigued and eventually broke. I designed the replacement part using PETG filament and reinforced the main body of it to make it more robust. I also made sure the arm was extremely rigid so that it could withstand any pressure or stress. A screw located within the On/Off assembly presses down on the arm, which in turn pushes the switch button into place. This custom-made part is not something everyone needs, but when they do, it can breathe new life into a $60 piece of hardware that might otherwise be considered obsolete!
