Powerpole mount for electric cooler
thingiverse
Replacement DC inlet jack for common DC-powered portable coolers. Ditch that weird proprietary 2-pin connector, put nice standard Anderson Powerpoles there instead! If your inlet connector screws are 35 mm on center, this should fit. In the photos is an Acopower Lioncooler, but I believe Iceco, Costway, Alpicool, Dometic, and several other brands use the same connector, at least on some of their models. You will need a set of Powerpole connectors, and some sort of pin to hold them into the connector. I chopped a piece of the tail of a pop-rivet because it was the first thing I laid eyes on. Just press something into the hole. If it falls out, wrap with tape or heatshrink. If you want to chop up the internal wiring and reterminate it with the PP pins, that's all you need. For a reversible mod, also get: About 8 inches of 14AWG black wire, stranded. An inline ATO/ATC fuseholder with 14AWG wire (swipe the fuse from the wiring you're removing). Two 4.8mm (3/16") insulated crimp terminals.
