PowerPole connector cable strain relief

PowerPole connector cable strain relief

Anderson PoperPole connectors are popularly used for Amateur Radio equipment, but for small low power gear the power cables are often small diameter and need some strain relief when soldered to a PowerPole connector.

This clip supports a pair of PowerPoles in the standard configuration used in ham radio. The connector will click in place and is held by the tongue on the black connector.

I printed this in PETG which is flexible enough to withstand forces on the cable and, if done carefully, will accept heat shrink tubing being applied over the cable. I would not recommend printing this in PLA as it is too brittle for this application.
