Update, [wow!]. I made some virtual experiments. Few high grade math calculations. And I found that this vents were too big. I redisigned them and also made custom bearing for this [mostly generator] template. Bearing ball size: 8mm. Answer to questing: "why its so big\tough\fat?", i was trying to make it durable enough in template. Future plans: make bearing to shaft hole, decrease weight without big loss in durability. Current weight of plastic is around 2 kg.
