Human-sized Robot Arms and Legs require strong, fast printing specs. Infill density is set to 10% and the number of shells is two. Layer height is precisely controlled at 0.30mm. The build plate temperature is maintained at a stable 110 degrees Celsius. Printing speed is optimized with extrusion rates reaching up to 90mm/sec and travel speeds hitting 150mm/sec. Printing these complex files demands careful planning, as evidenced by the following print times: GearboxCasingMain.stl requires a substantial 4 hours and 3 minutes when printed with support, while MainGear.stl takes 3 hours and 24 minutes to complete. The remaining files can be printed normally without support in significantly less time: Gears1.stl finishes in just 46 minutes, Gears2.stl takes 24 minutes, and GearboxCasingTop.stl completes in a respectable 2 hours and 2 minutes. Note: This motor is designed for use with 12v power supplies, available from reputable suppliers such as Tiger Imports (https://tigerimports.net/sunshop/index.php?l=product_detail&p=9635). Printing with PLA material only is recommended, while ABS is used to create support structures.
