Powercon splitters can be pricey. Making one yourself is a cost-effective alternative. I built the enclosure using a 3-way outdoor junction box available on Amazon here: http://a.co/i8O4Pjc. To create the Powercon hole template, drill 24mm holes in the junction box by holding the template against it and drilling two smaller holes. Secure the template to the box with bolts. Next, use a 24mm Forstner bit available on Amazon here: http://a.co/76OcH1X to drill the larger hole. For connections, I used 14AWG silicone wire cut into four-inch pieces and soldered in the middle, then covered with shrink wrap for each of the red, black, and green wires. To assemble the Powercon splitter, print four copies of the Powercon spacer. The spacers shown in the photos were too short, so I printed a second one at 17mm tall, which is included in the downloads. You will need a female Powercon socket available on Aliexpress here: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Blue-Neutrik-PowerCON-Type-A-NAC3FCA-NAC3MPA-1-Chassis-Plug-Panel-adapter-High-current-power-supply/32746634194.html. Three white and one blue sockets are required. In addition, you will need eight M3 x 30mm hex socket countersunk bolts, eight M3 washers, and eight M3 nylon lock nuts.
