This repairs the screw mounts that commonly break on the Center Base Cover above the keyboard. They slot around the remnants of the existing mounts, as shown. As noted in the images, the existing screw mounts will need to be trimmed back approximately 2 mm. Use super glue or epoxy to hold it in place. Heat screws slightly while threading them for the first time for best results. The bulkier mounts require a bit more patience to seat but should line up perfectly with the factory screw holes on the back.
