Power Wheels Steering Column Sleeve

I'm restoring a Power Wheels ATV for my younger brother and ran into a snag with the steering column - there's way too much slack in it. The handles are so loose they can rotate freely before actually affecting the column. I found that the vertical pipe holding them was just a bit larger than necessary to fit snugly around the steering assembly itself, causing this excess wiggle room. To resolve this issue, I measured carefully and designed a sleeve to act as an intermediary between these two parts - making sure they fit together precisely once installed.
