Power & USB plate

Power & USB plate

thingiverse

This is a high-power & USB plate for my latest project that I recently completed. It features a robust 30A 5v power supply and includes an accessible IEC320 C14 plug on the back, making it easy to add or remove devices without having to disassemble the entire unit. Additionally, the inclusion of external USB connectivity eliminates the need to take apart the Arduino to upload new code. The plate is securely mounted in a sturdy 1" deep MDF box that can also be used with thinner 1/2" material for added flexibility. Note that you will need to drill holes for the IEC320 fused and switched module, as well as the mounting holes, which I intentionally left out to allow for customized placement during installation. A Fusion360 File is included for easy modification or replication of this design. If you'd like to see a detailed walkthrough of this project's construction, check out my video tutorial on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UwrmKeiYDb8 The following parts are required to complete this project: IEC320 C14 with fuse & Switch: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00ME5YAPK/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Panel Mount USB Cable B to B: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002M8VBIS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
