A low-poly PBR Power Tower model is available for game or real-time use with a bonus rubber floor material. Modeled in Maya18 and textured using SP2, the product doesn't require special plug-ins and features quad/tris polygons with 1406 count, 2572 tri count, and 1458 verts. The model is available in five formats: Maya 2018 Arnold 5 render, FBX, OBJ, Unreal Engine 4.16+ with custom collision, and Unity 2017.4+ with a custom collider. Textures are at high quality, 2048*2048 resolution in PNG format for Albedo, Normal map, Ambient oclusion, Roughness, and Metallic. VRay maps are also provided in PNG: Diffuse, Glossiness, Height, Ior, Normal, and Reflection. Rendering can be seen in Unreal Engine 4, Marmoset 3 (Wireframe), and Arnold render.
