Power Tool & Battery Slatwall Mounts for Milwaukee M12
prusaprinters
A collection of mounts for mounting Milwaukee M12 tools onto Slatwall. They may look thin and flimsy but you'd be surprised how strong these are even in basic PLA if you print these with a lot of perimeters.I used a 0.2mm layer height and the more perimeters the stronger - PLA+ and PETG both seem to be strong enough. You will need supports and also be sure to print the base parts on their sides for strength. I suggest simple Cyanoacrylate or Weld-Bond for gluing the two piece parts together.I spent a lot of time trying to tweak the dimensions so that the parts would latch onto the Slatwall but not marr PVC Slatwall, but you should file the little latching nub down as needed to avoid any damage. Don't force it onto your wall if you feel too much resistance. You can and will damage PVC Slatwall this way. I have only tested with storeWall as that is the only system I personally have, but in theory this should work for most 3" Slatwall if the dimensions are close enough.I extracted the profile for the battery opening on the battery holder from the model created by IconicJ.
