Power tool battery rack (designed for Aldi/Ferrex, will probably fit many others)
thingiverse
This is a little battery rack I designed for Ferrex/Aldi powertool batteries. It will probably fit many other manufacturer's batteries of the 5s/20V variety, the internal dimensions are 48mm height, 80mm width, 98mm depth. If your batteries are bigger, let me know their make/model and external dimensions in the comments and I can easily add an adapted design. It is designed to print quickly while saving filament and avoiding supports, the holes make the print slower, but the saved material is worth it, imo. Print with a 0.6mm nozzle, 0.8mm extrusion width, 0.4 mm layer height, plenty of nozzle temp for better adhesion and flow, some fan for better acuracy and overhangs. Keep your flow in check with the above settings, if you move your head too quickly, the extruder will skip! Check out my [work shop wall storage system](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6082906)!
