Power terminal shield

The 3D printer's power supplier, commonly found in models like the S-180, features a remarkably flimsy power terminal cover that poses a significant risk of electrical shock. The high-powered line terminals are perilously close to the fingers or tools, making them extremely vulnerable to accidental contact. Furthermore, the cover lacks a locking mechanism, exacerbating the safety concerns. To mitigate these risks, I have designed and implemented an additional protective cover that not only shields the power terminal connectors but also ensures the original cover remains securely locked in place. Additionally, applying heat-shrinking tubing around the power terminal connectors can further enhance safety by providing a snug, tamper-proof seal.
