A more efficient alternative exists, combining my previous designs 1913391 and 1902869 with the extended end cap 1913371. The initial file is unnecessary, serving only as a demonstration of the folded design. This version includes a fold line to simplify printing. Always ensure that wiring near the frame is properly insulated, and cut ends of the frame extrusion are filed or otherwise secured to prevent damage to wires. Designed for a 20.4 OD switch available from Maplin PNo N52BW, I've also included a blank end for custom switch insertion. For the complete rebuild, refer to 2079048 on Thingiverse.
