I recreated a detailed Rhino solid model of a specific portion of Thingiverse's 1158053 design so I could tailor it to my needs effectively. Added photos of printed switch boxes for reference. 11/15/2016 - Uploading a revised version, box is now deeper to accommodate female spade lugs crimped onto wires securely. The access point for the power cord leading to the power supply features a slot that the cover seals in to secure the power line safely. Print Settings: Printer: FolgerTech 2020 PRUSA I3 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.25 Infill: 21 Notes: Using Cura allowed me to disable supports for air passages during printing. Post-Printing: Switches I acquired these switches from eBay, as shown here - https://www.ebay.com/itm/111739549195?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT. Since they do not come with fuses, users will need to visit Radio Shack, Lowes, or local hardware stores to find suitable replacements. Design: To create this design, I extracted the switch mount edges from a referenced project and built a new solid model in Rhino for the box, flanges, and air louvers. I have included the STEP file for anyone interested in modifying this part.
