Additionally, constructing a bracket allows for mounting on a Mendalmax's inside rail with its mains cover acting as part of the support. Instructions involve printing and fitting while using a captive nut to secure the PCB corner. A longer screw replaces the original mounting screw, with the side screw fitted into the captive nut within the printed cover. To make it captive, sink the screw into the plastic with a hot soldering iron; this method ensures easy removal and retention of the nut.
