This is a creation of multiple ideas into a one piece print for those wishing to have a fan silencer shield and tool holder onto there stock Ender 3/3 Pro power supply.Also, this was designed to be a snug fit or something you can mount to your power supply unit using the factory bottom fan screw and two store bought screws that fit the two lower center holes of the back of the power supply unit on your Ender 3/3 Pro.
