Power Supply stand for double HP DPS 600PB HP, PSU 24V
thingiverse
I'm assembling a customized case for powering two 3D printers at 24V by mounting the PSUs and control boards together. To accomplish this, I've created a stand that can accommodate two 12V HP Power Supply units. This configuration allows me to get a 24V PSU with 47A capacity. This custom-designed stand meets certain criteria: * Sleek design for an attractive appearance * Can be used independently without further mounting requirements * Equipped to mount the stand on a plate, enabling secure placement inside a designated enclosure within my case * Sufficient airflow is facilitated through the PSUs' internal fans * Air circulation is optimized from bottom to top * Holes are provided for routing power and control cables from the bottom of the PSU Assembly Instructions: * Top and base components are secured together using M5 threaded rods that require cutting to precise lengths. * Additional holes on the top plate allow for securing the PSUs to the outside of an enclosing case, as I've done. * There's a helpful guide available for modifying two 12V HP server PSUs to achieve 12 and 24V output with a capacity of 47A. This modification enables sufficient power supply for multiple printers equipped with heatbeds.
