I sourced this switching power supply from a cheap Chinese 3D printer or LED chain setup.It's a straightforward design that focuses on large components, which I chose to assemble first, while leaving out the smaller parts altogether.I decided to skip the screws as well.My build was created using FreeCAD version 0.18.
