I designed this casing because none of the available designs met my expectations. While conceptualizing the design, I noticed my trusty Weller WTC P51 Soldering iron and thought its model and dimensions would be a perfect fit. I used Fusion 360 to create a digital model and took precise measurements with calipers to ensure accuracy. Unfortunately, the dimensions are slightly off, but it's close enough for me. The model fits together well, but attaching the front panel requires a long screwdriver and patience due to the screws being located inside the body. Installing components like the board must be done before adding the front panel. To overcome this issue, I modified some bit holders to achieve the correct length, although it wasn't ideal. A helpful tip is to partially screw in the screws before placing the main board. Powering the Buck Boost converter requires a DPS-800GB-a PSU. The switch on the unit's front powers the DPS-800GB-a and is not connected to the DPH5005.
