Power Supply end housing
thingiverse
Looking around at all the power supply housings and end caps, I was searching for something that exactly met my requirements. Most are well made, but lack detailed descriptions and require some tinkering or complete reworks to get them just right. While I thought this approach was actually wise, none of them offered what I felt was essential; a full enclosure that also allowed easy access to the power supply when needed in the future. I set out with one thing clearly in mind: a power supply that was simple to print, required minimal augmentation and provided access to the terminals without having to disassemble the entire assembly. This power supply cover is based on a Supernight 360 Watt PSU. There are access holes at both ends for wires to be routed, and a second 22mm hole for a power switch for the motherboard (the AC power adapter also has a switch on it - the idea being you can turn on your power supply first and then your motherboard to avoid LC spikes). Screw holes were intentionally left out of the final design so that the end maker can add them where needed to secure it. If you do remix this, please link to this original design.
