Power Supply Enclosure for DP20V2A
thingiverse
A Custom Power Supply Enclosure for the DP20V2A Programmable Control Supply and two LM2596 Modules. The power supply supports 12v, 5v, and 3.3v directly and multiple voltage options through the DP20V2A for most ESP and Arduino projects on my workbench. To build it, you'll need a DP20V2A (or similar), two LM2596 modules for 5v and 3.3v conversion, four 5.5x2.1 female connectors, two USB-A connectors, and short cables for connections. I use an external 12v, 2A power supply for the Power. The enclosure fits perfectly, but I added four M3 screws to secure the cover to the base. To utilize the output voltages, you'll need additional cables with 5.5x2.1 connectors and preferred connections on the other side - I use some with pins for breadboards. Additionally, you can use the USB connectors for 5v and 3.3v outputs. I secured them with a small amount of hot glue.
