March 14th 2018 update - Happy Pi Day! I added a revised power supply cover for users with smaller power supplies on this printer. Huge thanks go out to Chaosmachine420 for providing measurements from his power supply. Although I haven't printed it myself, he's tried printing it and reported that everything lines up perfectly. Power Supply Cover for the Zonestar P802QR2 Dual Extruder 3D Printer - This is a necessity for this printer. Other covers may fit, but I made this one specifically for the P802QR2. Check out my Build and first impressions video where I explain why this cover is necessary: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G4QIKGoLYi0 I also created a review video for this printer earlier: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wgiKoifPrPI Print with the first layer height set to 0.2mm so that you'll get the cool squares bridging effect on the bottom like you see on several parts of the Prusa i3 MK2S. Edit, December 30th, 2017 at 5:54 PM CST - I updated the STL file because the hole for the plug/switch was causing problems when trying to insert the power cord. Edit, December 31st, 2017 at 10:26 AM CST - I added two different STL files. One version has a hole that should allow you to route the Z-axis stepper motor wire through the Power supply cover, and the other version has a big enough recess so you can slide the power supply cover into place after plugging in the stepper motor without having to bend the wires.
