Power Supply cover for pixel lights
thingiverse
This fits power supplies for Christmas light displays, especially those with a 113.5 x 50mm shell. It uses XT-60 connectors from RC cars for injecting power and powering the controller card. Each connector comes with an online fuse for added safety. The XT-60 connectors fit very tightly, eliminating the need to glue them in place. However, they do take patience to install properly. This design is primarily aimed at achieving a cleaner look with fewer visible wires. Rotate the face downwards before slicing. Built-in supports are provided for voltage display purposes. This is a 15A 125V Black Electrical Panel Mounted Screw Cap Fuse Holder. It also features a C14 Inlet Module Plug Fuse Switch Male Power Socket, along with XT60 Male Female Bullet Connectors Plugs For RC Lipo Battery and a DC 3-30V Waterproof 3 Digits LED Digital Voltmeter. The design has undergone several updates since its initial creation on February 2, 2017. The first update provided additional space for the voltage meter in File 1A, which was found to be too tight initially. Additionally, the screw mounts were lowered to the power supply (PS), and a cover plate was added to the top of the design. However, this cover plate was later replaced due to printing issues on February 9, 2017. On February 10, 2017, further changes were made to the design by combining the EX60 connectors into one large block for increased strength. The size of the voltage screen area was also adjusted to make it easier to snap in place. Users are advised to use File 1b STL for the updated design.
