Power supply cover for Flying Bear P905
thingiverse
This is a custom power supply cover designed specifically for the Flying Bear P905, featuring a USB port compatible with Raspberry PI, three XT60 connectors, and a power cord plug. Three XT60 connectors are included in this design, consisting of two battery clamp XT60 holders positioned at the center and two side-mounted connectors attached to the power supply cover. To assemble these components, two M3 screws along with their respective nuts must be used to secure them together tightly. To mount this custom power supply cover to the printer's frame, you will need two plastic 3mm screws. These screws are required for securing the USB plug in place, which is designed to accommodate an iPhone charger of 2A rating. The power supply cover has been re-engineered and extended slightly, resulting in a new design that provides additional room for various components. However, please note that this custom outlet plug does not come pre-drilled with holes. To use it effectively, you will need to drill two holes manually. If you plan to control an SSR relay, consider adding another hole approximately 3/8 inch in size at one of the corner positions. To ensure a proper fit within the printer frame, new mounting holes may be required due to the power supply cover's extended length. To achieve this, start by drilling a new hole as far out on the frame as possible. Next, place the power supply cover over it and mark the second hole's position. Finally, drill the second hole carefully, ensuring it is accurately aligned with the first one.
