This is a custom-designed power supply cover tailored specifically for use with my Voxel Ox 8" 3D Printer. It perfectly fits a 12V 30A power supply sold by OpenBuilds, but I can't guarantee that other models will fit with exact screw hole placement. Four sturdy M4 screws securely attach the cover to the PSU with a 6mm length, ensuring a strong and reliable connection. This power supply cover takes full advantage of a switched and fused power inlet module featuring a C14 power cord socket for enhanced safety and convenience. Crimped spade connectors ensure a solid connection between the wires and power supply input terminals. Inside the power supply cover, you'll find a strain relief bushing, "Heyco RDD 101" Mfg #1852, to secure the wiring and prevent damage. To add extra stability, I use crimped insulated ferrules on both sides of the connection to connect the RAMPS screw-down terminals to the 16AWG stranded wire. All four wires connected inside the PSU cover are securely attached using crimped spades for added safety and peace of mind.
