DISCLAIMER This power supply is not designed for standalone use, it's meant to be securely mounted inside an enclosure. Using this power supply without proper mounting can render it unsafe for general use!Proceed at your own risk, I accept no liability for any injuries caused by misusing this device. I created this custom cover for the terminal of my Mean Well S-150-12 power supply with safety in mind, aiming to protect users from electric shock risks. The design allows for mounting without disconnecting cables, and critical components like screws, potentiometers, and LEDs are accessible through strategically placed holes on top. If you'd like to modify this design, I recommend checking my original files at OnShape: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/64b94ca65a63239eb1316a50/w/3f5bcd1636a07067ad033858/e/fa5b0259e44f343f88c273fc Update Version2 Key improvements include adding a missing screw hole, widening the cable slots for easier access, and incorporating 1mm fillets to eliminate sharp corners in the XY-plane, facilitating smoother and faster printing.
