Power Supply Cover 360w
thingiverse
This is a custom-made cover for a high-capacity, 360-watt power supply used in 3D printing, communication systems, LED lighting, and other applications that require reliable electrical current. The model I've designed specifically fits this type of power supply, which can be identified by its integrated fan positioned on the right side when viewed from the photos. If your power supply doesn't resemble mine, then this cover will likely not fit properly. This cover is designed to support power supplies with a 12-volt output and 30-amp current rating. The design of this cover aims to minimize its footprint by allowing it to stand upright on edge, making it suitable for installations where space is limited. The switch and plug used are identical to those included in the original 250-watt power supply shipped with my Geeetech Delta G2S printer. To secure the box and stabilization foot in place, five short M4 flat head screws are required, which screw directly into existing mount holes on the power supply or its surrounding structure. Output wires pass through a slot situated adjacent to the power plug, providing easy access for electrical connections without obstructing the cover's overall functionality.
