Power Supply Case

Power Supply case for my CL-260 is a must-have accessory. The case is cleverly designed to attach seamlessly to the 2020 extrusion, featuring a standard power plug with built-in fuse that's widely recognized. To make it even more convenient, the case comes in multiple parts, allowing you to print each component flat. This design utilizes M3 square nuts and sturdy M3x6 bolts for secure fastening. You can find the M3 square nuts used here: uxcell M3x5.5mmx2mm on Amazon - a reliable source that's hard to beat. I'd like to extend my gratitude to jam513, whose innovative Square Nut Idea has been invaluable in this project. This power supply case is specifically designed for units with built-in fans, ensuring optimal airflow and minimizing the risk of overheating. If you're using a more open-case design, don't worry - mounting an external fan would be a breeze. For my own build, I opted for PETG, which worked beautifully. The XT60 Connector fit snugly without needing any glue, and I've included an STL file to help you test-fit the connector before printing the rest of the case. To ensure a perfect fit, print this STL first and then scale all other parts according to your needs.
