Power Supply Case

Specifically built for the power supply associated with a Wolfgang spindle, this case features a "turbo" button that disables the 'soft start' load resistor to prevent overheating due to high starting current (a problem that destroyed two PC power supplies previously). The enclosure itself is constructed with 6mm polycarbonate sheets for lateral sides and front/rear, while 3mm sheets are used for top and bottom. This design, my first using FreeCAD, took approximately 11 hours of intense effort; I've since converted the file to Viacad format.
