Power Supply Bracket for Mounting an enclosed power supply
thingiverse
Here's a custom-designed mounting bracket for an enclosed power supply, such as this one from Inventables: https://www.inventables.com/technologies/enclosed-power-supply. This 3D-printed bracket was created using Tinkercad. You can edit the design online here: https://tinkercad.com/things/4HzvFy6ki4m. To assemble your power supply mounting bracket: Print out a single unit and insert your enclosed power supply. Next, drill holes through the top of the bracket to secure it to your workspace or enclosure using screws or another type of fastener. As an optional step, add a zip tie through the designated tie points at the top of the bracket for extra support. For optimal results when printing this design, use a 2-shell print with 10% infill and a 300-micron layer height. The resulting model will be both rigid and flexible enough to easily insert and remove your power supply without damage. If you encounter difficulties printing small overhangs or tie-down holes in the bracket, consider using supports during the printing process. Keep in mind that some supports may require additional effort to remove after printing.
