Power supply board support
thingiverse
This piece is part of a larger project aimed at creating a US decora style scene controller in-wall switch. The design involves mating the power supply board to the main controller board with a separator material that acts as an insulator between the high voltage side of the PSU and the under pins of the Arduino Pro Mini. The power supply board was created using EasyEDA's online PCB design tools, available at https://easyeda.com/dbemowsk/Scene_controller_power_supply-12a5db3b06db4427981fb1a3ddc9b501. The main controller board can be found at https://easyeda.com/dbemowsk/in_wall_scene_controller-8bde3dc023404d539e822c2d0e7ab3b3. A keypad board is also part of this project, designed to mount in the faceplate and stack on top of the controller board. The switch board can be assembled into various switch configurations to suit individual needs. Visit my Thingiverse designs page at https://www.thingiverse.com/dbemowsk/designs for 3D designs of different switches that work with this board. The entire assembly is designed to fit a medium depth single gang wall box, and this project is still in progress, so changes may occur.
