Power Strip mount for Ikea SKARSTA desk

Mounts a standard power strip to the narrower front side of an Ikea SKARSTA desk leg, securing it to the top half of the leg so that it moves in tandem with the desk. Using six large zipties, aligned inside slots on both top and bottom pieces, provides a sturdy connection. Each of the three slits requires two "doubled" zipties to encircle the power strip, the desk leg itself, and the connected components smoothly.
