Power Strip Holder (magnetic and screw mount)

Power Strip Holder (magnetic and screw mount)

I needed a reliable way to mount my power strips, something more substantial than those small holes on the back. In the past, I've had trouble with them, and they can be finicky. To solve this problem, I designed a mount for Amazon Basics' highly-rated and affordable power strips: https://smile.amazon.com/AmazonBasics-6-Outlet-Surge-Protector-2-Pack/dp/B014EKQ5AA/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?ie=UTF8&qid=1526048815&sr=8-1-spons&keywords=power+strip&psc=1 There are two versions available: one that can be screwed directly to a flat surface and another with cutouts for 1/2 x 1/8" neodymium magnets. I opted for the latter, attaching mine with a small amount of CA glue, which seems to be holding up well so far. Additionally, there's a hole in the top portion that allows the on/off light to remain visible. I hope you find this helpful!
