Redesign from scratch with the inner dimensions depending on your needs: height x width:x depth 40 mm x 60 mm x 15mm and 41 mm x 54 mm x 15mm It prints fine on my printer without support. The underside of the "bridge" isn't that smooth and I had to cut some loose threads but you don't see the underside anyway. Check photo of the uncleaned, printed object to get an idea of the quality to expect.
