I used the great model from iodanem (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4441076) to create a cosplay version of the Zeo Sword. The sword has a collapsing blade so it has two modes. Updated Version- Works great. I total it is 66cm long. Print both blade parts with 0% infill and 0 bottom and upper layers. 2 Walls with 0,85 works perfect.
