Power Pole Charge Covers

I wanted to design covers for my Power Pole battery terminals to differentiate between charged (green cover) and used (no cover) cells, since tracking them was an essential part of my combat model warships hobby. However, when I looked online for available covers, the only Power Pole ones were just slightly too narrow in the middle gap, so I took it upon myself to create my own custom designs. Next, I plan to consider adding "FULL" or "EMPTY" labels to the sides of these covers as a potential future update. Instructions I've been printing batches of four covers using ABS plastic (with 0.15mm layers) without requiring any brim. Printing just a few loops around the work area before starting each project helps ensure accurate results every time.
