This is my custom mount for the power connector of my Hypercube build. I use this power connector with a switch, specifically a 3-in-1 fuse power supply socket that can be found on Banggood: https://www.banggood.com/3-in-1-Fuse-Power-Supply-Socket-for-Makerbot-Ultimaker-p-1051419.html However, I replaced the original 2-pin switch with a 4-pin switch to break both power lines and alleviate my anxiety. The new switch can be sourced from eBay: https://www.ebay.de/itm/Wippschalter-H8550VBACA-Schalter-2-polig-EIN-AUS-10A-250V-AC-schwarz-I-O-855226/183034200775 To assemble this mount, you will need the following components: * 2 x M5 screws with a diameter of 8mm * 6 x M3 screws with lengths ranging from 5mm to approximately 20mm The holes for the M3 screws are threaded and ready for assembly. In the provided .zip file, you can find other iterations of my design that do not enclose the internal connections. This alternative version results in a thinner housing and allows for the use of cable connectors; however, it leaves more wires exposed. After careful consideration, I decided to opt for the fully enclosed version, which requires soldering the wires in place. The cable hole has a diameter of 9mm. It is essential to screw the housing to the extrusions before inserting the connector.
