I designed this custom power input panel for my Kossel to mount neatly on two horizontal 2020 extrusions under the bed, spaced precisely 40mm apart (center to center) with 20mm in between. The core concept revolves around securing the IEC C13 connector so it doesn't protrude from the side and making the power switch easily accessible while minimizing accidental switching off. To achieve this, I used a pre-made power panel's connector, switch, and fuse holder, along with its original plastic frame to gauge the openings for a seamless fit.
