Power Hacksaw by 3D Printer

Here are the details of how I designed my mini power hacksaw made possible by a 3D printer. The base of this tiny powerhouse measures just 35cm in length and is capable of cutting through metal material with dimensions of 50mm x 50mm. It's impressive, really - it can slice through a steel bar that's only 20mm x 20mm thick in a mere 20 minutes. Initially, I used a wood board as the base, but now I've switched to using two sturdy steel bars instead. In my opinion, making use of a wood board is indeed easier and more convenient. As for sharing this design with you all, I have only uploaded the SCAD source code files so far. If anyone would like to have the STL file as well, please don't hesitate to let me know - it's greatly appreciated. Now, let's dive into the details of how I came up with this innovative design.
