Worked with Autodesk Inventor, designing a gear system where the input and output shafts are positioned coaxially.Nominal power was calculated at 7.5 kilowatts.Speed at the inlet was set to 1500 revolutions per minute.Transmission ratio was determined to be 18.47.Minimum working life of the gears was estimated to be 20,000 hours.Factor of working conditions was established as 1.15.The calculations were performed using PTC Creo by Dragan Milcic.
