This sander is specifically designed for use with Bosch 14-125 CIE angle grinders that have speed control capabilities. Using it at full speed is not recommended, as it may lead to reduced performance. Many other belt sanders can also be used, but make sure they allow for low-speed settings. It performs exceptionally well! To assemble this sander, you will need 2 bearings (22x7x8), a spring with a diameter of approximately 15-16mm and a length of around 60-70mm, a thin sheet of metal, the printed parts, some glue, and filler. It is designed to work with 13x457mm sanding belts. The assembly process should be clear from the accompanying pictures. To begin, secure two bearings next to each other using tape, then cover them with body filler. Next, attach them to an 8mm drill bit and use a file to smooth out the surface by curving it slightly. After that, glue the base of the arm to the mount and the bearings into the other part of the arm. A piece of aluminum was used to reduce friction on the sanding arm caused by the belt's movement.
