Power Feed Servo - Actuator Switch
grabcad
The milling machine had a faulty power feed servo, identified as a broken actuator switch that controls movement and activates the servo. A 3D-printable replacement part was designed using specifications from a VPF500 servo, likely a standard component. Two limit switches are affixed to the mount with bolts, while the switch is secured on a smooth rod inserted horizontally (a screw can be used for easy maintenance). Credit for the switch goes to Bridgeportparts.net.
