Power Feed Servo - Actuator Switch
thingiverse
I had to replace a malfunctioning power feed servo on my milling machine, and discovered that the actuator switch controlling its direction was inoperable. I designed a replacement part for 3D printing until a new one arrives. The model is based on the VPF500 power feed servo's component, but it's likely an off-the-shelf part. Two limit switches are securely fastened to the mount using bolts and are positioned on a smooth rod inserted horizontally into the mount. A small screw can be used for easy maintenance access.
