Power Drill Sanding Disc

Power Drill Sanding Disc

I built this DIY orbital sander as a cost-effective alternative to buying one. The disc has a diameter of 50mm and is only 5mm thick. At its center, there's a 20mm segment of straight drill bit where the curve ends. To create it, I simply applied some glue stick to the disc, pressed it onto sandpaper, and cut around it with ease. My photos show the base model, but next time I'd opt for the half-round version instead.
