Power Distribution Box
thingiverse
This is my power distribution box, designed for the Ammo Box Battery project I've been working on. The KiCad, gerber, flatcam, and gcode files are attached if you'd like to create your own PCB. Note that it's a double-sided design, allowing for sufficient copper to handle 30A of current. I only made one PCB, so you'll need to verify the dimensions for the cutout on the top panel for input power - I originally got it wrong and can't recall if I corrected it before sharing. When soldering spade clips into the PCB, use a fuse to keep them aligned properly. The cover and base require 3mm hex socket screws and hex nuts. This project was created with Tinkercad; feel free to edit it online at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/aij7RCkeB2j.
