Power distribution board designed for the Hypercube Evolution Complete Hotend Assembly: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2617424. This assembly includes all necessary Gerber files and BOM (Bill of Materials) for manufacturing, as well as a 3D printed part for cable tightening. The connectors used are XH-(x)A, VH3.96MM, and MicroFit 3.0. The cables required are AWG 22-24 with an 8-core wire, and AWG 20-22 for the Extruder heater. Important note: Fan's and heaters must be rated for the same voltage (12 or 24V) to function properly; otherwise, all the magic smoke will be released. The PCB can be ordered from any manufacturer, such as JLCPcb (2-5 Euro/5pcs). XH-(x)A connectors are available here: http://tiny.cc/kp1gnz. Please note that the heater wire polarity is crucial; the common wire between heaters and fans is the positive wire. Also, be aware that there is a discrepancy between the pictures and Gerber files regarding extruder wires; use the Gerber files as reference. To mount the PCB to the carriage, drill two small holes with a diameter of 1-1.5mm and a depth of 5mm using a solder iron tip or metal wire of similar size, which should be heated in a flame beforehand.
