Power cord spool

This spool is specifically designed for holding a netbook power cord, able to accommodate an 8-foot length with some extra room left over. The diameter of the cord itself measures approximately 0.115 inches (3mm). My aim was to create a design that allows just the right amount of cord to be unwound while keeping the rest securely stored on the spool. I'm pleased to say this design accomplishes that goal quite effectively. The print required 30 grams of ABS plastic and took 60 minutes to complete, using Afinia's default settings (0.3mm Z layer height, medium infill density, and print speed with a raft).
